BLANCO
As the basis for all CABAL expressions, with a rest time of zero, our Blanco is the purest form of tequila.
REPOSADO
Using our premium Blanco, the Reposado is stored in charred American White Oak Bourbon Barrels for 8 months.
AÑEJO
For 18 months our AÅ„ejo ages, giving this expression an even richer color, aroma, and flavor, amplifying the present qualities of our Reposado.
MEZCAL SALMIANA
Our launch edition Jaguar head commemorates the origins of mezcal, pulque and the famous Jaguar warrior that were afforded the privilege of sipping on the nectar of ‘Mayahuel’ the goddess of agave. In the desert and lands where our wild agave grows, there is also an abundant population of the ‘puma’ or mountain lion. It is in this way that our story comes full circle, entwining our past with the passion and labor of today.
