A 100 YEAR ANCESTRAL LEGACY, FROM OUR LAND TO EACH BOTTLE. UNCOMPROMISED IN EVERY WAY.

Campo Cabal is located in Amatitan, considered to be the birthplace of tequila. Since 1911, our tequila has benefited from the rich nutrients of Los Valles, which produces a rich vegetal
agave-forward taste profile.

HARVESTED EVERY 6-7 YEARS, ROTATING CROPS AFTER EACH ONE.

Utilizing the method of crop rotation after each harvest ensures that our weber agaves receive the most nutrients possible. Our Maestro Jimador, Eduardo S. Lara, guarantees that the process and incisions are consistent and performed at the optimal time.

TENDED TO IN A DAILY RITUAL, OUR SOIL'S RICHNESS IS AS IMPORTANT AS OUR TEQUILA.

The soil is loosened to generate nutrients and provide aeration. The practice of crop rotation maintains the nutrients harvest after harvest.

DISTILLED OVER 5 TANKS, TWICE OVER USING ONLY LOCAL AND NATURALLY SOURCED WATER.

Our pride distillation stems from our history in 'charreria' and 'La Cabalgadura.' CABAL is known in Mexico under CABALGADURA for this reason, maintaining our family's roots and ties with the Hernandez and Montes family.
